Water Flume

The water channel features a 5 m long test section that is 0.68 m wide and 0.40 m tall. It can reach a maximum velocity of 0.15 m/s and allows full optical access for particle image velocimetry (PIV) measurements. It is equipped with a 3 m long flat plate model with a replaceable module to accommodate textured/rough surfaces.
